When we started Galletta's in 2005, we set out to create something unique in Leesburg.  We had cherished Italian recipes handed down from our grandparents and great-grandparents, and simply needed to share them with others.  And while we are a family-owned business, we wouldn't be satisfied being just another local deli.  So we found The Best!  The best meats and cheeses and superior ingredients you can't find anywhere else in the area.  Fine wines and authentic oils.  And we make our own Fresh Pasta, right here in our shop, every day!  Because only when you start with the finest, can you end up with something fabulous.
